Should you or should you not go to bed with a bra?

Question:
i was told not to because it could damage the bra, some say you should do your breast won't sag.

Answers:
Well, I can only answer from my guy's perspective: it's better to go to bed without it...but that is for purely selfish reasons.

From a health perspective, it can't be good for you to have a bra on all the time...and your breasts will sag over time anyways...the only thing that can forestall or fix that is keeping lean and fit, or surgery.
Do what you want to. I don't, but that's my personal choice.
my grandmother always tells me to wear a bra at night so my breast won't begin to sag. I never do because it's so uncomfortable. If you want to wear a bra while sleeping to prevent sagging I successes a sports bra because they can't be damaged
not go to
I personally do, but thats because i have large boobs and i dont want to sag. but it does wear out bras faster
i do,beacuse it is very unconfler for me not to!
Hmm wearing a bra all the time will probably increase your vunerability to breast cancer, i forget the word for it...but im just going to call it 'lobes'. On the side of your chest theres these things called lobes and wearing a bra all the time will cause toxins and what not to stay there because they can't just flow through. I don't think your breast will sag THAT much if you stop wearing a bra for a 12 hour period. If you lay on your back that should def help keep them up there. ahah good luck
You can do whatever you want, but I find them uncomfortable enough when they must be worn during the day, no way would I wear on to bed.
