Usually that word isn't used unless you go more then a couple of months with out. It could come late, or it could be next month. The prozac has certain things in it that makes your hormones do different things. It can cause you to miss a period, nothing to worry about unless you go a couple of months with one.
Prozac can cause problems with the menstrual cycle. I used to miss periods when I was on it and there was no chance at all I could have been pregnant. If your lack of menstruation continues, I'd tell your GP a simple blood test could help detect any hormonal changes because of the drug.
Hi, certain meds for mental health can indeed mess with hormones, as can worry and stress. I used to take meds that raised my prolactin levels (antidepressants can do this too) and my periods went because of this hormonal change - but I have polycystic ovary syndrome as well. It is improbable that you are pregnant but quite likely that you are stressed, have a chat with your GP - you can always see a female at the practise. All the best to you.
I really think you need to see the doctor on this one, being on prozac if you are pregnant ,has some concerns, although if you are only a day late you have probably started before you read this, If you have O.C. D maybe just anxiety has caused you to be a little late or miss one altogether, but sweetie, I think if you genuinly think you may be pregnant see the doc
