its probably your uterine lining. mine either come with my period or after.
It could just be remainder of the egg that didn't fully come out during your period, but have a doctor check it out to be safe. I had it a couple times and that's what the doctor told me. It's nothing serious, but it's always wise to have a doctor's opinion.
