If your period bothers you that bad talk to you OB about types of birth control that can lighten or stop your period altogher.

oowwww that would hurt. lol but try using pamprin or if its really bad get on the pill.
Unfortunately, there's nothing like that at this time, but if you want to try to get some of the blood out, try contracting the muscles there and then relax them; this action may help push the blood out and can also relieve cramps. (Interesting idea, though- in Japan they have little vacuums for sucking earwax out, so I could definitely see somebody inventing this sometime in the distant future...)

Good luck with that one...Don't think of your period as a pain think of it as a blessing that your body is functioning properly.
Meaning you ovulate normally, you shed the lining meaning your not pregnant, that you have a heathy well fuctioning uterus, that prepares itself monthly for the implantatin a an egg.
Sorry you feel like you hate your period but when you start tryingto have a child it will mean something totally different
