I have gone to my gyno she said they should heal in 3-4 days. That was 2 months ago! I hurts really bad when I have sex. My husband and I have tried all sorts of lubricants and nothing seems to work!! I miss not hurting when I have sex!! I just want to enjoy it again! Please help me!

Just give it time. It should heal on it's own. if you have sex, it will just make it worse. Give it time to heal, and THEN have sex.
Sounds like you need to go see the gyno again
Stay away from sex (including masturbation) for a couple of weeks. Tissue damage can take sometimes more time. See a good homeopath if needed.
