What would be the best weight for a woman that is 5"3?

Question:

Answers:
I would say around 105 - 110 lbs. That's just my opinion because I also am 5' 3". I weighed less than 100 lbs. when I was your age though. I only weighed 98 lbs. when I graduated high school. A lot of people thought I was too skinny and some people even asked if I was anorexic. I wasn't. When I hit around 105 lbs. a friend of mine told me I looked good at that weight. I weigh a good bit more than that now though and am trying to lose back down to around 115. Here's a link to a height/weight chart. It tells for different frame sizes too. http://www.healthchecksystems.com/height...
90 or so pounds.
not 90 pounds...gosh...

i'd say about 120ish
depends on how your body is like girl parts count alot in weight i was 120 LBS and i had a great body but know after a baby and 21 im fat. so take care of your slef and dont let your self go.
120 is the weight you should be its average who ever says less then 105 LBS its b/c they had no boobs or something and they must of been looing like a tooth pick EEEEEEWWWWW
That will depend on if your an athlete...if so then 120-130 is ideal...if your not then 120-125 is a healthy weight...not saying you shouldn't work out when everyone should it helps tone the body...and remember muscles weigh more than fat...
