I have douched in the pasted but did not use a douche bag. I used one of those disposable pre-filled bottles. Douche bags went out years ago when enema bags went out! LOL

This is a practise still used more in the US than here. Once upon a time it was thought to be useful as a form of post-coital contraception, it doesn't work by the way. It is not really a good thing to do, adding things to the water is often irritant and flushing out the vagina also flushes out the ' good ' bacteria Lactobacilli, and therefore probably increases rather than reduces the risk of thrush.
