When you gain weight where does most of it tend to go?

Question:
Your stomach? Your face? Your bum? Your thighs? Your arms?

Answers:
Your stomach, expecially if you are above 30 years old. My doctor told me you can help this situation if you work out. cardio plus weights.

it goes anywhere your fat cells are being stored. everyone is different so it goes in different places. you've basically answered your question. it takes a 24 hour process for your food to dislove and it stays in your intestines for a long time (basically your stomach) so be carful on what you eat
