I'm only 25-years-old, I can't afford to have bad posture. Meaning I can't stand up straight. I usually just forget and stop trying. I look like an old lady walking, and in pictures my face and head come forward and it makes me look weird because I don't stand up straight. Could you please help me out, and give me a solution to improve my posture without forgetting about it?

lie down on ur stomach & lift ur legs & head as high, without bending. when u walk try to look people in the eye instead of loking down.
try sleeping/lying on a flat bed on ur back, with ur hips tight. do similar exercises while standing. keep ur hips tight, & stomach pulled in when walking.
stand up straight. visit your doctor to rule out a medical cause for your inability to do this.
