Just use a mild unscented soap like Caress, Summer's Eve or Johnson & Johnson baby soap. I dont understand why your mom wouldnt want you to wash with soap down there. My mother taught me to wash my private area with soap at a very young age. Good hygiene is the key to a healthy and happy vagina. Water is not good enough to get it clean. It helps but still not enough. Use the soap and a wash cloth to clean your cookie and lather up good because if you dont you wont smell fresh. Anyway its your Vagina not your moms and you should be able to wash it how you want.

nope in the bath waters gonna get in there anyway when you move, yes it is bad 2 squirt water up there simply because you are removing all the moisture and stuff because of the pressure of the flowing water. i however would say continiue to masturebate in the bath but just leave the squirting of water to the outside. i would use a specially formulated soap as some soaps can be quite drying and so be more itchy.

You need to go get summers eve. they sell it at your local wal-mart, target, even at a drug store. Its a gentle feminine deodorant soap that will leave you feeling fresh and clean all day. They have sprays and lotions as well.
You don't insert the soap or spray. Its meant to wash the out side of you vagina. Your vagina has a natural anti bodies that fight off infection so you don't want to wash those away.
Inserting water in your vagina is only dangerous when there is a lot of pressure build up. You don't want to rupture your cervix. Masturbating in the water is fine and might I add VERY FUN! Just make sure you are going about it in a safe way.
