Question:
it said on the pamphlet directions 2 tke the pill as soon as i rember, which i did, and it said 2 take the next pill @ its regular time, which i did, but since i ve only been on the pill for only 10 days, should i wait and how long should i wait 2 have full effectiveness of the pill??

Answers:
If this is your 1st month of taking the birth control pill they say to use protection until you complete the first cycle (pack). To be "protected". If this is not your first month then taking your pill an hour or 2 late will not hurt anything, however if you skip the pill all together then you need to use back up protection to be on the safe side.

HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE ON THE BIRTH CONTROL YOU NEED TO USE A CONDOM EVERY TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THEY DON'T WANT TO USE A CONDOM THEN THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. A ROLL IN THE HAY IS NOT AND I STRESS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE.
I hope your not being force to do it.Its a big decision to have sex for the first time.
You will be fine. It only gets risky if your many hours off or if you skip a day.
A few hours late should not reduce the effectiveness if you're usually consistent with the time you take it. You can feel OK about following the regular instructions for new pill lusers (about when it's safe to start relying on the pill for pregnancy protection)
A couple hours late won't matter... If you miss a whole day, then you need to take one pill as soon as you remember, and the other one at your normal time.
