You pay your money and you take your chances. Surgeons would go broke if they "re-did" breast sizing for free.

Pretty soon she's going to have so many railroad tracks from stitches, she's going to look like the Omahahaha train switching yard. Maybe you can set up a model railroad on her chest..
sometimes they can not get to the desired breast size because the skin wont stretch enough or it might get to thin... after she has them for a while (and they relax) she can go and get them bigger (she will have to pay)
well if she is not happy about it I don't think it would help much by asking a question here cause she would not value our suggestion (which we would not be able to give mwith out a pic)
after a boob job things don't look really right until at least 8 weeks due to swelling...they reshape once the pocket of the implant settles...relax they might be perfect after all...
