(not me, I like the size of my breast's, I'm 2 1/2 months older) My bff Luna say my bra size and said "man, mine are really small! I wish they were huge". I keep on trying to tell her that her boobs will get bigger as she grows. But she says's the same thing every time, how do I help her?

You never said how old your friend is.Assuming she is in her teens then they will probably grow,unless she "was" like me & never developed much in that department.Most womens bodies change throughout their lives & tell her she will probably get so big one day that she will say her back hurts LOL ; p
