Well, depending on your age, it could actually be a cardiac problem. Women often present much differently than men when their pain is caused by angina, heart attack, etc. In fact, back, jaw, neck pain and restlessness are frequent complaints of women with cardiac chest pain. Of course, it could be many other things, as well. This is just one possibility. You may want to check with your doc.
