try light exercise. The exercise will help relax your muscles that are tense and cramping
try laying on your side and putting a hot water bottle on your stomach, a heating pad or a warm wash rag.
try taking Midol. Midol teen is a formula for younger women, Midol PMS is a formula for older women, and regular Midol is good for anyone!

Take some advil or another anti-inflammatory. If that doesn't work see your gynecologist. You might have something more serious. Feel better.
Ibuprofen works great!
midol but if you cant take that then but a heating pad over your stomach where the cramps are occuring. but i think midol will be the best solution
I love the Thermacare heating pad things. They have a sticky back that you stick to the inside of your underwear and it stays warm for 8 hours. Using one and taking a couple of Advil make my cramps totally disappear.
i always use bananas or chocolate.. but the number one way too get rid of craps is to stay active it keeps the blood flowing.. so get up and run swim in a pool go hang out with friends at the local park.

Try Aleve and after 20 minutes see if it doesn't work. there are also things to do such as exercise, like taking a walk. heating pads, or a hot bath may be, just anything to dilate those vessels for an easier flow. One more thing your problem might be due to ovarian cysts or edometriosis. Contact your Physician and ask he/she the same question.
Take a shower/bath. Then take an aspirin and lay down on the couch/in bed with a heating pad or hot water bottle over your abdomen. Try to either nap or watch TV to get your mind off of the cramps.
