I'm still a virgin and I have had my period for about 4 years and since I started getting it I have never been late or missed one they have been like clockwork.. Now I'm late and I don't know wahst wrong.. I know that if I don't get it for four months I have to go on birth control but is there anything I can try first?

I wouldn't worry about 4 months yet, you're only a week late.
Have you been sick recently? Because that might affect it.
You might just happen to be skipping one. It's rare when your cycle has stabilized but it does happen.
I don't think you should worry at all its only a week. One time my friend had a 43 day cycle and she usually only has a 28 day one so I don't think its anything to worry about. If you have been having alot of stress or been doing something you don't normalay do that could be why. I have skipped a month before often and I've had it for about 5 years now.
