Managing cramps?


Question:
I need some advice on what you find to be the best for menstrual cramps?

Answers:
try light exercise. The exercise will help relax your muscles that are tense and cramping
try laying on your side and putting a hot water bottle on your stomach, a heating pad or a warm wash rag.
try taking Midol. Midol teen is a formula for younger women, Midol PMS is a formula for older women, and regular Midol is good for anyone!

heres a list..sometimes its diff. for eveyone
1.) exercise..gets it moving
2.) camimile tea..or any tea...
3.) a hot bath...but not to hot
4.) dont eat salty foods
5.) hot water bottle or heating pad on lower abdomen
6.) curl up in fetal position
7.) midol
8.) advil or ibuprophen
9.) put butt against wall and extend legs up wall so butt is off the floor...kinda like a headstand but ur head is still against the floor
10.) chocolate
11.) heard a foot massage may help
12.) sleep
thats all i can think of right now...i used to get horrible cramps when i was younger but now im 17 and they are much more mangable..hang in there and it will get better!!
