My period is still irregular?
Question:

I have the same problem, i would advise you to go to the doctor and raise your concerns on this. There are many answers for this from something that might be serious like polycycstic ovary syndrome (cysts on the ovaries) or something that can be changed like your diet or exercising regime.
Go to a doc.
You need to be telling this to your gynecologist. She can find out what is causing all these problems and give you the right treatment. Even if there is no organic illness, she can help you in regulating your menstrual cycle. If you don't already have a gynecologist, your regular doctor can help you or refer you to the right specialist. If there are problems with insurance or you have doubts about confiding in your parents, you can get a confidential referral from an organization like Planned Parenthood. But don't do nothing. You don't have to be miserable just because you are a woman.
Hi, you never said, but are you getting the Depro-Provera injection for Birth Control? If so, then that will stop your period for 3 months at a time. And when you do get your period, it is heavy. But I wouldn't recommend staying on it. I was on it for a little over a year, and it screwed up my system. It made me get my period for a month straight, and I had to see a Doctor and get some pills to fix my menstruation cycle. so if you're not on it, don't ever get it. and if you are, get off of it.
hope this helps.
beleive it or not its nots that rare in woman to experience this problem self included , some grow outta it in time and others dont , I didnt till i was in my 40's after a child birth , the entire time of my irregular period sometimes 1-3 times a yr is all i would get it .I was told pregnancy was impossible . well i got prego in my 40s , was told this fact when i finally went to the OBGYN in my 20's. A year ago i went and had some tests done to see if i could conceive again and he explained this so called syndrom to me seems that its not that rare ( nameof this i cant recall ) Now in my 40's and its like clock work which seems unfair. best bet is to see a doc if your concerned or wait some time to see if the body will change . your past the stages of what i was told that pregnancy is either at the ages of 15-17 or after 40 which was in my case .I know it seems very strange . but this is whati was told by my doc . good luck hope this helps u in some way
