Either stress incontinence or just simple sweat - especially if they're wearing trousers and/or underwear made out of synthetic material instead of Cotton/Linen/Wool etc...
She probably has stress incontinence. Leakage when coughing, laughing, running etc. There are pelvic floor exercises to help. This sometimes happens after childbirth. She should wear a pad in the meantime.

It is called discharge. Clear jelly/slimy stuff. everyone gets it.
I don't really know what is the cause but Gracie ought to go and visit her venereal disease clinic, most people don't get slimey discharge. Some one is telling her lies. Probably her latest partner.
