Why don't you just wait and see what the results of the tests are before you start throwing "remedies" as suggested here down your throat - you might be causing more harm than good ! - !
try Iron tablets or just a vitamin to boost your energy
Has anything out of the ordinary or in particular happened to you to make you feel like this?
Maybe you just need some kind of goal... may insight a drive of some sort
I suffer similar symptoms, but I have anemia and under-active thyroid, they may also check for diabetes, there are other tests, they just want to rule out everything and find what you have so you get the right meds.
have them test you for mono
ask him about shingles, i diagnosed that in a freind with similar symptoms and got it right lol
understand a lot of stuff IS hard to detect
Mild depression? Do you feel teary or sad? Did your Doctor carry out these tests after you had fasted for a minimum of 12 hours?
A lot of tests won't show a true reading unless you have fasted.
Hope you soon feel better but in the meantime maybe think about getting yourself a good quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. these can take a few weeks to build up in the system though so you won't get an instant miracle cure.
Hope you soon feel better :~)
Forget about going to the doctor. Forget about the tests and take your health into your own hands. With all due respect, something is obviously wrong with your body, something for which your body is not strong enough to heal. So make it stronger. How? Try the raw food diet. If you are serious about getting better, at least give it a try. Many people have cured even cancer on a diet of raw food. The numbers are too many for you not to give it a chance.
At least find out more about it by buying a book or going to a raw website for example http://www.rawfoodmedia.com
I am a raw foodist. I didn't have any illness but my health has improved 10 fold. I don't have brain fog, and I have so much more energy than I had before.
Good luck with whatever path you choose.
Look up depression. Do a google...ask dr. about that if you see any correlations between what you read and yourself.
The very same thing happened to me. It was finally discovered I have a Vit. D deficiency... Now I am on a mega dose every week for 12 weeks and then once a month. I am currently on my second does and WHOOWEE do I feel better ! Ask your Doctor about this.
