first of all the people that said get over it or get a life or put balloons are MORANS! forget them, okay so I started growing in 6th grade and I'm in my freshman year now and I'm a 36 C almost a D its hard to manage large breasts but its nice to have something fill in your shirt you know? I would say just wait but if you cant wait then there are some natural remedies like grape fruit i heard it helps but if you ask me its all B.S sometimes you gotta wait, but maybe your just meant to be small, when you're 21 and they still itty bitty try breast enlargement, sorry if I didn't help.

pregnancy and even fondling will increase its size so will chest exercises make it look bigger.
rule out glands (like ovaries secrete female hormone) problems if u have period problems see A DOC
sensations are greater in SMALL breast in sex so be happy.
