I havn't gotten my period?

Question:
it ususally comes in the middle of the month (10-19) but this month it hasnt come yet. At the begginning of july i flew to Illinois and from then on changed my work out habits to running for an hour a day. i hear both can mess up the scheduling, are they the cause?

Answers:
It's not uncommon for your period to sometimes be very late, in some cases even skip. Losing weight and stress are a couple factors that can be the cause. If you are working out more and have lost some weight, it could be the cause.
Looks like late nights on the town didn't pay off as planned, did they? You're pregnant.
sumtimes people skip a month.
.... you may be pregnant...
do you have a bf?
is it something else youre not telling us.like youre sexually active? ok, if that isn't it then yes, it could be that you have thrown your schedule off. If you don't see it by 5-6 days from now, go talk with your doctor. It could be something else.
Yeah. It sounds like your hormones are all screwed up. Don't worry. It doesn't take much to mess up your cycle. Stress, flying, different exercise, (especially running.) :)
Sometime's if you get off of your normal schedule it will cause you to be a little late. I advise if you keep having problems you may need to talk to your Gynocologist.
it could be or stress but you should take a pregnancy test if theres any possibility you may be
That is probably the reason. Traveling can throw off your period it did to me when I traveled in June, and also with a change in routine such as working out can definetely cause you to miss your period until your body adjusts. Unless you have reason to believe you might be pregnant this is probably the reason, so no worries :)
