wearing a bra is alright and those lines? dont worry about them but just try loosening your bra so that it doesnt cause irritation while you sleep [irritation cause by rolling over, rubbing while you sleep].
You have nothing to worry about wearing a bra at night only if you want to and you think that it is more comfortable.
The only time that you need to be worried is when you are nursing a baby because the bra may cause your milk to "dry out" and cause your breasts to be irritated and sore.
You are okay to wear a bra while you sleep!

wear the bra during the day, and give them a rest at night.
i read somewhere that it was okay, but im not sure. its much more comfortable when i wear mine, but i think its personal preference.

first off, stop wearing one. then go to a drug store like longs and you will see a rack of foot and cellute creams and they have a breast tighting one also buy it, use it.

Give the twins the night off, but also, if you have lines maybe your bra is too tight? I'd get professionally fitted to see if you're wearing the correct size!
stop wearing it if you have lines, people usually don't sleep for more than 6-8 hours & during that time I doubt anything drastic will happen.
You shouldn't wear a bra at night - especially not an underwired one.

You should do what is most comfortable for you sleeping. If you want to sleep with the bra on go ahead, if not then so be it. It is all about comfort.
That it will change your size/shape is a myth...The lines however, I would wear a slightly looser, all cotton bra at night if you are going that route, something not the same as you wore during t he day to keep you comfortable.

I don't think anyone should wear a bra at night. And if you really cant go without wearing one, wear a fabric-only with no wires or puffy cups.
Wear a sports bra to bed. It still supports your breasts and more comfy too.
