my girlfriend is on the birthcontrol shot and shes bleeding, she been bleeding for about 10 months now and she don't now what to do about it should she get off are stay on the shot??

She should go to the doctor. She has been bleeding for an incredibly long time and it is not normal.
She needs to talk to someone and probably not take the shot again until they know what has caused the excessive bleeding.
