Have you lost/gained any significant weight recently? Or been under a lot of stress? Have you changed circumstances? Changed diet? Any of these factors might play a part.
Do you still get PMT but no period? If so that's a good sign (albeit annoying) it means your body is still in a cycle of sorts, your period will come back.
More seriously it could me polycystistic ovarian disease, but I assume they would test for that. Typical signs of this are you will be broader of shoulders and have a fatter belly compared to a flat butt and skinnier legs, and have maybe body hair, like on your face. But sometimes none of this applies. Either way try not to worry about it the doctors would test for it if they thought it was possible. I lose my period for a few months sometimes too, some women just are real sensitive :)
are you very skinny?
its probably ur weight or u just started having ur period and its not normal yet!
hi hunny
some women just develop irregular cycles! This can be a benign condition, but it can also be due to problems in the uterus or ovaries in more serious cases.
Common things like sickness, worry, physical exertion, and even sudden changes in climate can upset a regular pattern by shortening it or extending it!
If your doctor isnt too concered then there's probably nothing seriously wrong he/she can see. Just take his/her advice and go back in one month for further investigation/tests.
Good luck sweetie..
p.s. i bet if you stopped worrying about it so much your period would come back : )
you probabily haven't started properly yet, wait for the results or if your worried go see another doctor. I'm sure your not pregnant don't worry, go see a nurse or pharmacist to find out what you can do for the pain/ nauscea.
Think about have you lost/gained loadsa weight, this could affect you. Could you speak to your mum?
High five... I just asked a question on the same thing, and I am freaking out too. Just thought I'd let you know that atleast we're in this boat together...sucks...
things happen it doesnt mean anything but if you lost a lot of weight then that may be it.
Preferable to go to the same doc who advised second visit.
