Earler Today..?

Question:
Sometimes i have these times where i have a very sharp pain in my chest, it it is at really random times...like today i was laying down listing to my music, and breathing normal and stiff and the next breath of air that i took, was followed by a very sharp pain in my chest. Usually i just lighten up my breathing as much as i can(try not to breath too hard) and after a few seconds it would go away.
this has been happining to me every year, and dosnt last that long.. few seconds. and only happends one time in a day, a coupule times a year maby 4 times a year.what is it?? , does it mean that i just need to work on my health?? will i forever have this, or will it go away away eventually if i diet and exercise? thankz :)

Answers:
well how much do you weight since your considering exercising will make the problem go away? well i think you should go see a doctor only they know for sure because something can be wrong with your heart or lungs sounds like...sounds like a type of spasm that you might be having not sure hope that helps take care dont wait get to a doctor soon and just tell them everything!
A thorough check is advised.
