Curve goers...?

Are they any women who go to curves.. i have been going off and on for a whilenow.. how big of results have you seen? Have you bought any products and what kind have you bought. I am just wondering..

Will this feeling go away? (For the ladies)?

Answer:
I go to Curves three times a week, haven't lost any weight but gained muscle and lost inches. I take their Multiple Vitamins and I can only recommend them highly. My nails used to split and I thought my hair was thinning, which my hairdresser assured me that that isn't so. However since I've been taking their Vitamins (approx 1 month) my nails have grown and no more splits. I think its because their vits include minerals that are vital to your health and I like it, because you need to take only one pill a day. I do add calcium with vitamin D to them because of bones.
I do not agree that it isn't enough, we have two marathon runners in our curves community and all they do extra is, they run on the stations and they also jump rope in between, for them it is enough, plus you can go every day if you like too and that increases your work out too. Besides if you diet with it, which I don't you lose more. But don't forget that when you gain muscles you will gain weight as they are heavier then fat.

I very personal opinion is.... Ok, i go to a regular gym, one of those where you follow a routine but it takes more time than curves. I'm an athlete, I take my sport seriously, what I believe is yeah, curves make you sweat, and something good has to come out of it, but I don't thnk it's enough for getting good results, I mean, every physical activity will have good results, if you have a diet for support... but if you follow only their program.. no, you won't see the results. I think It's not enough
