Serious question... In the last couple of years I have shrunk a 1 1/2 inch.?
Question:
Answers:
You normally lose height from the disks of your vertibrae closing together and shrinking over time. That is normal but think 2 inches height loss between your 30s and your 60s.
And our height can move a few cm up and down normally because our vertebrae disks expand and compress slightly from normal daily activity. But I don't think it is as much a range as 1.5 inches.
But are you sure that your height was measured correctly? I mean there is no chance that this can be just a slip in measuring? 1.5 inches for you is only a 2.4% difference.
I'm sorry I wish I could be more helpful.
