Um. this is weird.?

Question: my right areola is small, and normal,
the left one is all puffy and the nipple looks like just a darker part of skin in the middle of it.
it's also bigger.

[but my left breast is bigger too]

why are my areolas different??

and they look like they're getting darker
i'm 15 years old, so could it be puberty?

or could they be getting darker from me being outside all the time in my swimsuit

Sometimes there can be a difference in size of the areolas which can be normal for some women. Yes, it could relate to your swimsuit and being in the sun a lot but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
