try putting an ice pack on it, that worked for me. Or you can take advil. That's what i did for mine. Good luck, i hope you feel better.
Alternate heat and ice packs, take ibuprofen for the pain and keep moving that arm...you don't want the muscle to stiffen up. Also try rubbing or massaging the muscle.
