How can I tell if I could be pregnant with an IUD in place? My boobs hurt , I am sick etc etc

Is your period late? The only way to tell is to take a pregnancy test. Five days after you miss your period for the newer, more sensitive ones, a couple weeks after you miss your period for older ones. Then, if it's positive, go to the doctor for a blood test to confirm it.

well i dont know how old you are but the boobs hurting sounds like puberty to me..
