u might have a bladder infection and then bleeding so much can cause u to be anemic- which would make u tired, achy, etc.
go to a gyno and get it checked out
if you have bleeding a lot for 3 weeks now, then yes you need to probably start taking birth control pills to regular your periods.
also if you are not planning on taking anything and going with the way it is going, you probably will need to start taking iron supplements, or regular multi vitamin pills.
