Answers:
you sound pritty regular!
so even if they do catch you by suprise keep a pad/tampon or even *panty liner* in your bag!
* I would reccomend a panty liner for those "just in case" moments! it is light so you dont feel it as much!
yes ur just irregular so am i.
i'm not to known with periods but i'm sure it doesn't matter to most people what date is it on just dont worry so much and try and relax about it
are your different dates by 2 days before or after? that is normal. by one week or another.you should probably ask your Dr.
That's perfectly normal. You actually sound pretty regular. Think about it, a cycle is meant to be 28 days, but people who have a 30 day or 32 or 26 day cycle are still regular - it's just their regular according to their own body. Remember, not all months are regular - some have 30 days, some 31, and then February. So it's not going to be the same date even if you have your period every 28 days, see? You can count the days if you want to know if you're regular or not, but the fact it's every month means you're pretty regular.
Theres nothing wrong with still being irregular, a lot of women are. Women usually get birth control if they want a period that is at a specific time of the month.
your cycles are based on number of days and not calendar days, example you keep track of when your period starts then when the next period starts that equals your cycle now based on the number of days, average is 28 days, (first couple of years can vary called irregular which is normal) mark your calendar 28 days from the date you start this is your next scheduled period, you can have 2 periods in the same month but the cycle should be around 28 days!
yes stress and poor diet can still throw it off even medications
or your body can be producing too much androgen
i read this little article on the Internet thought it was interesting
Close female friends share everything from clothing to secrets, and recent studies show they might even share menstrual patterns.
While there is no evidence conclusive enough to prove the theory, some scientists believe that women who live in close quarters or who spend a lot of time together develop menstrual synchrony, which means they tend to menstruate around the same time of the month.
so maybe even the company you keep could change your time each month
The most important thing is talk to your doctor esp. if the bleeding is heavy, abnormal cramping, pain
