Question about my nipples!?

so like a week ago
my nipples (mostly the left)
started getting hard
and it hurts a litte.
it goes away but comes back.
i have never had sex.
my boyfriend and i have fulled around.
like..2 base stuff.
enough to cause pleasure.
in fact we used to like every week.
last time we did was in june.
he's in another country right now.
could my nipples be acting this way because i havent had the pleasure im used to?
my period isnt due for another week
my breast are already sore.

it could be what you are wear mean ex- to tight,and it rubbing back and forth.
It is probably because your period is coming. Every month is different in terms of the sensitivity of your breasts just before your period. Also, if you are thinking about your boyfriend, just the thought could be stimulating you on top of the normal sensitivity.
