DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. YOU WHERE JUST IN SUCH A DEEP SLEEP, AND WHERE YOU WHERE DREAMING OF URINATING YOU JUST WENT AHEAD AND WENT. IT HAPPENS TO ALMOST EVERYONE SOMETIME OR ANOTHER. YOU ARE FINE. NOW IF YOU START DOING IT EVERY NIGHT, THEN YES YOU MAY HAVE AN INFECTION OF SOME KIND. BUT DON'T WORRY YOU ARE FINE
it tried to wake you up in your dream, you just refused to listen.
your bran was busy peing
Maybe you were just so asleep you didnt wake up! I would forget about it unless it happens again...put it down to one of those odd things.
Perhaps it was that deepest part of your sleep while you were dreaming that? I would worry more if it happened a second time.
This happened my friend when she was pregnant...
you're in trouble
do you have a weak bladder,
all maybe your walls or bladder has collapsed, you need to see a docter right away
Relax! This happens to everyone especially when you have that terribly annoying dream that you're on the toilet. You were probably over tired or in a very deep stage of the sleep cycle. Don't worry about it, there is nothing wrong with you.
Your brain is starting to turn against you. For some people this happens early in life and others later on. From now on your brain will do the opposite of what you would like it to do: including not sleeping when you want to sleep and then getting tired later when you are at work. It will also stop telling you when you are full, and if it really hates you it will just start dumping information like who your kids are and stuff like that.
if its just once it maybe triggered by involuntary action , stimulated by body due to over stress , physical or mental ,nothing to worry unless if the situation continues.
that happened to me once but only because i was dreaming i was on the toilet takin a pee and the dream was so real i actually thought i was takin apee on the toilet but in fact i was peeing in my bed.
Sometimes are brains are to involved in our dreams to wake up, don't stress it happens to everyone whether they'll admit it or not.
I dont think theres anything wrong with u since its not frequent im assuming... However if its frequent u need to c a doc
Its a clasic. Nobody really knows why the dream happens. I believe it happens to most people like my friend and i was talking about this yearterday. We both had it and my twin brother has also had it. Its commen normal and theres nothing wrong with u at all what so ever. Where u dreaming that u were peeing and all the sudden you felt warm water and found you pissed the bed? sorry that you have to be a victom of that kind of dream. ;P lol.
dreaming of wetting the bed is heavily associated with incontinance, it may be a trigger
you say dont drink alchohol to excess...which means you drink it, theres your most likely answer
Try not to worry - i think you probably dreamed you were weeing and then did, but you were so asleep you didnt get up to do it. I've done it once before, but I got out of bed and went to the corner of my bedroom and peed!! (nice) - once is ok, if it happens again, I'd maybe speak to your GP just to put your mind at rest.
Check for Urinary Infection. Sometimes crystalluria, eg eating spinach causing high calcium oxalate in urine, may cause it. This all will show in routine chemical & microscopic exam of urine. If everything is alright, forget it. Restrict fluid intake after 7 PM. Empty your bladder just before going to bed. If you wake up in between due to any reason, go to the loo. I hope you won't get any more wet dreams, best of luck!
Sometimes Michelle our dreams are in actual fact reality, but because we are not conscious enough, they appear to be dreams.
There's nothing to worry about, it;s just a freak accident and probably will never happen again. Try not to be too aware of this situation and put it behind you, easy to say, I know. But the more you let it bother you the more likely it wil happen again.
Because you thought that you were already seated in your bathroom but actually you were still sleeping. This happens at times. And its you who only reported this.
Don't be bothered. What will be more disturbing is if you would wake up the following day finding yourself sleeping inside the bathroom without any obvious previously done activity.
You must have been very tierd before you went to bed and you just dident wake up to go, it can sometimes also be pshycological, this may be if your worrying about something or if there is a change in your environment like moving house.
it is quite normal. you probably wont do it again, but next time you get that bit of the dream try to wake up.
If it happened just once, it's probably no big deal. The dream is definitely caused by your brain's reaction to your bladder feeling full and needing to urinate, but for whatever reason you were just too tired or sound asleep to respond to it and when your bladder just couldn't wait any longer, you wet the bed. It happens (on rare occasions) to a LOT more people than you might think!
Do you normally have to wake up to go to the bathroom during the night, at least occasionally? If so, then you're asking the right question -- what was it that caused you not to wake up this time? Being really tired, behind on sleep, or under a lot of stress can cause this for a lot of people, or so could any number of medications (are you taking any?), exercising vigorously right before bed, or any of a number of other things. If you don't normally have to go to the bathroom during the night, then something that night for some reason caused you to have to go -- and you may just naturally be a sound sleeper and have a hard time waking up.
Either way, just once, I wouldn't worry -- if it starts happening *repeatedly* when it never has before, then you might want to see a doc to make sure you don't have a bladder infection or something like that. Otherwise, just try not to drink too much late at night and make sure you use the bathroom last thing before bed, and you should be fine!
perhaps you just went in a deep sleep or are you worrying about some think try not to worry to much but just go to the toilet before bed and try not to drink an hour before bedtime if it reoccurs make an appointment at the doctors as you might start having a bit of a weak bladder good luck .I have a book of dreams and it states in there (urine in a dream)urine in a dream often indicates our feelings about emotion control. We may either yield to emotion or bottle it up .How we deal with urine often also tells us a great deal about our own sexuality x x DEBBIE
It's because you dreamed of urinating so you released it as if you're in the dream. The problem will be when you wet your bed without dreaming of urinating and your brain didn't wake you up.
maybe your brain tried to wake you in your dream and you didnt wake up properly. im not sure. ask a doc??
Are you a heavy sleeper or been taking night sedation? Is there anything causing any stress in your life? If not it may be worth consulting your GP there are medications which can contol the detrusor muscle which holds the urine in until it is convenient to go for a wee!!
Go to doc if it persists.
