I just started using Nuva Ring to help with heavy periods and painful cramps. I've always been reluctant to try it because I heard it causes you to gain weight, but since I've been on it for exactly a week now, I really don't feel like eating anything other than cereal or crackers. I'm not really nausead, but nothing looks appetising to eat. Could this be a side effect? P.S. I'm also kind of lethargic.

The website doesn't mention anything about loss of appetite or lethargy, but there is a possibility that those symptoms are still caused by the NuvaRing.
Or it could be something completely unrelated.
Chatting with a doctor could help to clean those questions up.
