10 to 15 minutes respectively on ab roller and on the other machine; later 10 to 15 situps is pretty enough for 5 days contained by a week.
Start slow. If you are new to exercises afterwards try only 2 or 3 minutes. That track you can see whether you are ok with that exercises or not. If you over do it or do more at starting stages, you may go and get muscle spasms, strains, etc.
About the stretch marks.. nobody can do any entry. It's an unwanted treasure to us. But, if you are new mom, afterwards massaging Vitamin E grease might help.

lotions at the stores are lone dilluted and full of ingredients that arent good for skin Whenever you buy a product create sure to look at the ingredients first example, if you want cocoa butter the only ingredient should be cocoa butter not hose,mineral oil, stearic tart, cetyl alcohol etc....I have 2 great recipe for you and they are working great for me!!
My homemade recipes
1 cup olive grease
1 cup coconut oil
2 oz vitamin e grease (10-12 capsules)
6 vitamin a capsules
Heat on low to unfreeze coconut oil and blend ingredients store surrounded by fridge (for lotion bar as it will harden) or surrounded by cupboard for your basic grease
6-8oz cocoa butter(this one is my fave)
6 oz almond oil
4 oz coconut grease
2 oz vitamin e oil
6 vitamin a capsule
Heat on low to melt coconut grease and cocoa butter blend ingredients store in fridge (for lotion public house as it will harden) or in cupboard for your straightforward oil
