i was watching Dr. 90210 and this girl was getting breats augmentation...blah blah blah...and the drugs that they put her on prior to her surgery made her kind or babble on about stuff and one of the things she said was "OMG! this is just like WHIP ITS! like u laugh when u do it! " so yea what is that??
