a woman's vagina will stretch to accomodate any penis, after all babies pass thru the same vaginal canal. your problem I will wager is not the use of lubricants, rather it is your hurry. If you go slowly, allow her time to relax to the size before you become active, it shouldn't cause her that much discomfort, and with time her vagina will adjust to your size.

Just try taking it slow and be gently with her. And maybe her vagina still has to get use to your penis size and once it does then it shouldn't hurt her anymore or not as much.
