-if my period comes before i start my sugar pills, do i still take the white ones or i just take the red ones when i get my period?

Answers:
Firstly, you have to follow the calendar on the pack.you start off in the red section on what ever day you get your period and take one pill each day. When you next hit your period you should be by then in the red section of the pack.don't miss a day or forget to take one.
If you do forget to take one (example, you forgot to take Tuesday, you still need to take Tuesday and Wednesday together and then follow on from Thursday). If you're half way through the red section and your period finshes you still need to take them so your hormones don't get confused for the next month.
I don't know if it's the lowest dose b/c I've never heard of that brand. But you should take the pills (white or red) on the fixed schedule (3 weeks of active pills, 1 week of sugar pills), regardless of when you get your period. Eventually your period will sync up with the pills.

If it doesn't sync up, then you should switch to a different pill. You may need a higher dosage.
You take one pill every day around the same time each day, no matter when you get your period.

Never heard of the brand. I'm on the low dose pill called Kariva.
