Clear discharge?
Question:
Some days i have a clear discharge, is that a sign of a yeast infection?? or what?!?!?!
Answers:
Who told you you have to be 100 pounds to get your period? Unless you are really underweight or really overweight, your weight has nothing to do with when you get your period.
Clear and white discharge is normal. If you had a yeast infection, it would be very itchy and you might have a discharge that looks like cottage cheese. If it's ever greenish or has a fishy odor, that's a sign of a bacterial infection.
Discharge is just the vagina's way of keeping itself clean and healthy. Because you are getting discharge that means your body is getting ready to start having periods. Most girls will get their period within a year of starting to have discharge but it can take up to 2 years.
Edit: I don't know why your doctor would have told you that but he/she is wrong. I didn't weigh much more than you when I got my period and depending on your height and build, you might never reach 100 pounds.
a yeast infection has colored discharge i believe.
and a clear discharge is normal. im sure every girl gets it.
thats normal, i think. if u get too worried, go to your doctor.
Just happens sometimes. Keep an eye out for it being tinted brown or green or something, that's usually a bad sign.
sometimes the body just cleans itself. You can have constant clear discharge, and even discharge that's like water.
Now if the discharge comes with pain or burning or smells foul... GO TO THE DOCTOR!
ive had that before my period too. Its nothing to worry about. Its you vagina getting ready for you to get your period. ITS COMMING SOONN! ;O
No,that is a sign that you body is working properly. Are you recovering from an illness or an eating disorder? The clear discharge is your body's natural self cleaning system, it means you body is getting closer to working properly.
