It started yesterday, I'm a virgin on my periods, I use towels and I bathe twice a week. The itch feels like its coming from the inside... and it's like a burning itch that makes me feel like I want to bite my lip off to stomp be from scratching...

You could have vaginitis (yeast infection) from the type of soap you use if it has any perfumes in it. Try Dove soap. I know it's expensive, but it does the job.
