I agree with m_downy as well, but i can understand ur concern for wanting to look ur age..or filled out like other women...are other ppl in ur family like this? it can be genetic..i dont know how old u are but, theres nothin u can really do to change ur height , unexpensively, or not painfully..u can always try wearing heels..as for as the whole flat chest thing..u can always try implants..im sure any doctor would understand ur need to get them...paded bras work as well...hope this helps..and good luck...

I wouldn't worry about it. You will hit a growth spurt eventually, and even if you didn't there is more to life than looks.
no reason why you should not, chill every one grows up at different times and in different phases, its a hormone and genetics thing.
