Can u have a baby when ur over wight?

Question:
my dr told me that i was to fat of baby
i see big women have 12 kids why not me

Answers:
you can have one when you are overweight, woman do it all the time BUT it is much easier and healthier to have children when you are at a healthy weight. The delivery and pregnancy is much, much easier on you and the baby. Sometimes it is harder for a woman to get pregnant when they are obese, maybe that is what you doc meant?
Yes, you can still have a baby! who told you that? They are probably just not wanting you to have one. Your dad was very rude and inconsiderate to say that, fathers should not be like that at all!
Happened to a person I know she had three healthy babies and is morbidly obese. All 3 were delivered by c section
yes big women can have children,. ask him if there are specific medical reasons why you should not or cannot have one. and don't forget doctors have been known to be wrong. they are just people like us. that is why no matter how long they have been a doctor they still call it "practicing medicine. "
One of my old friends weighs well over 400 pounds and she had 6 healthy kids...Im normal weight have 1 child and lost 3 babies...i watch what i eat, dont drink, dont smoke, dont do drugs... so go figure..weight doesnt matter
