my girlfriend moans alot, shakes, muscles move (legs and arms move a lot), her vagina tenses up/gets loose/tenses up/gets loose, and her fluids sometimes get whiter and more.
I assume they are different for different women. I have had many types of orgasms. Intense ones, mellow ones, orgasms from intercourse, orgasms from clitoral stimulations and even near orgasm from foreplay.
