eek is it really unfortable for you or are you just embarassed by their size? My mum had a breast reduction 2 years ago (she was size G now size C) it changed her life (i don't take after her, take after my dad lol). I know you don't want surgery, but it's not too painful as it's just tissue, not a bone operation, those are painful! Only thing is it's counted as cosmetic surgery so it's not covered by health insurance (well, in NZ anyway). It cost my mum NZ$12,000!!
Don't know of any other way to make boobs smaller unfortunately. hopefully someone else on here will have tips for you.
just exercise, the first things to go are the breasts. Try jogging a mile a day for a week or so, then progressing by .5 miles each time.
Does your back hurt? If so, and you are at your ideal weight, then surgery is the way to go. If you are overweight, then losing weight reduces bosom size. Good luck!
just excerise a lot.but its kinda hard to reduce ur breast size unless you lose an extermly large amount of weight
honestly, if you have naturally large breasts, then depending on your weight, they may never go away.
I would suggest maybe trying a minimizing bra if you want them to look smaller. I have large breasts and though sometimes they are an annoyance, I kinda like them :)
