See a gynecologist. If her vaginal area is inflamed she may have the fever & stomach ache because of an infection in the vagina. Red & inflamed= infection & with infection you can if not treated get a fever & stomach ache. The doctor will gaive her antibiotics to kill the infection and probably some tylenol or asprin to try to bring the fever down. The stomach aches are associated with the infection also & are common. A general or family practitioner is a good place to start, but if she has a gynecologist, she could go there as well.
A primary care physician (family practice or internal medicine) would be the first doctor you should probably go see.
