It happened today, right now!?

i just had my first ever period 10 mins ago(im 13 yrs old) wat can i do im exhuasted!?

Sexual impulse! how to releave?

Answer:
Its normal to be tired! Don't worry about that...I was the last of my friends and didn't start until I was 17, but the symptoms don't seem like such a big deal after you get your period more and more. I remember being super tired, and headachy. But now I don't even notice the exhaustion. So go lay down and take a nap, or even jsut lay down and hang out. Watch some tv...you don't necessarily need to sleep...just rest. And tell your mom. Sometimes symptoms of your period are a lot alike the ones your mom has. Mine are. I have never had cramps, and neither does my mom. So maybe your mom gets really tired when she gets hers too!
Welcome to womanhood.

how do you hack onto someones myspace account?

What size will it be?

Relax. It's normal.

Will YAZ clear my acne?

Relax. Lay down, maybe put the heating pad on if you're crampy, watch some TV, read a book. Maybe give one of your friends a call to see what they're up to. I was the last person out of all my friends to get my period (I was 15 years old! Talk about a late bloomer!) So I made sure to give them all a call to tell them the news--just so they would shut up about me not having it yet. Lol.

When me boyfriend and I own sex I cant discern anything due to my vagina mortal numb. What can lead to this?

Have you put a pad on yet? Thats the first thing I would do. Also I would talk to My Mom and Tell Her about it. If you feel exhuasted then take a nap.

Am I lately PMSing?

Congratulations!! :oD

Well, what do you know so far and what do you want to know?

Whatever it is the best advice I can ever give you is this;
Periods are only as good or as bad as YOU make them!
Make sure you learn all you can about your body and options.

It would be best to talk to your mom, if you are scared to tell her then I would suggest writing her a note and giving it to her, just tell her you have your period, anything you need, if you want to talk about it, and what you might like to do to celebrate.

Intense cramps, what should i do?

Go talk to your Mum, Big sister, or someone you can trust. Your properly exhausted because your body is doing something its never done before. It's all very exciting and scary at the same time, but you'll get used to it. Take care.

What is a fitting "rear up" non-hormonal contraceptive within skin a condom breaks?

Relax.........tell your mom so she can get you some pad. No tampons, you don't want to stick anything in there, you want to feel comfortable. your going to have a alot of cramps including bloading. you will probably have some swing mood, but it's ok and drink alot of water.

The myth of vagina sizes...?

Have a glass of water or milk, and let your mom know so she can buy your favorite chocolate ice cream!

Some light stretching, a nap, a heating pad, some snuggling up on the sofa in comfy clothes will help.

:- )

And let me tell you of the benefit of "fat pants." I keep a few pairs of totally worn out, saggy, but soft sweatpants around for the first few days. They really help with bloating and cramping. Plus, there's no worries if there's a little overflow.

Owwie symptoms of a UTI help!?
