I think most people find having sex while a women is on their menstural cycle a bit off setting even for women, but others who are really in love or just really don't care, don't mind.
If you don't want to have sex because you're on your menstural cycle, try and not be too sexually active with your boyfriend that way you won't have to tell him and won't have to worry about it just happening uncontrollably and then he finds out your on your cycle.
But if you'd like to just tell him, you can wait till he says a comment like "You're awful moody!" or "craving chocolate?" and then be like "yeah im on my period" and say it jokefully.

If you're not using any sort of hormonal contraceptive, you CAN get pregnant while menstruating, though it is rare. If you're not on the pill, then use a condom.
If you have your period and he's getting amorous, then just say, "I've got my period right now." He'll either take this as a turn-down (if you're not interested in having sex right then), or he'll say something like, "Would it be ok if we tried anyway?"
Some guys will find it more erotic, and some guys will find it distasteful. Its really a matter of personal preference for both of you (I personally don't like it...I find it to be uncomfortable).
My only advice would be to be SURE to use contraception (if you're not on the pill) and to be sure to put a towel down under you before you have sex, because it CAN get messy.
No they dont. See u have your periods beacause your body is trying to create a baby but your body releases as blood. The nutrients in the liquids from a penis helps the baby develop.
