No it is just your hormones are you ready for a period that could cause the sore ness and the blue veins are quite normal

but we always think the worst...dont we?
i dont know wot the signs/symptoms are for cancer,

I have veins going through my breasts, and it's perfectly normal. It probably just means your breasts are developing more and starting to grow out furter, the veins are just close to the surface of your breast, and that's why they tend to show up. If your breasts are sore or tender perhaps putting some plain lotion on them would help with the tenderness, otherwise they are most likely tender or sore due to developing or perhaps your period and menstruation starting soon. Nothing serious...don't worry.
i can't tell you over the internet- it doesn't sound like cancer but you are trusting strangers over the internet to give a diagnosis- you should see your doctor if you think anything is different or wrong with you. i won't tell you that you are pregnant because i wouldn't know- i can't tell you that you don't have cancer because again, i wouldn't know. you need to see your doctor and stop listening to the people who say you definately do not have cancer.

You may be pregnant. I got told something like that happened in science when we were talking about pregnancy.
4 Questions about boobs and pregnancy, I suspect there is no great pathology, but you really need to see your GP if only for reassurance.
Its probably nothing BUT there is a form of breast cancer called IBc (inflamatory breast cancer) that presents its self a rash type of thing and it is more common in younger women, it is also VERY agressive. GO TO A DORCTOR NOW.
